Ocean-M is a comprehensive marine multi-omics platform that integrates 54,083 high-quality metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) and over 57,000 total datasets, including metagenomic, metatranscriptomic, metaproteomic, and meta-metabolomic projects. Through standardized mining, it has identified more than 151,000 biosynthetic gene clusters, 52,699 antibiotic resistance genes, and approximately 5.8 million carbohydrate-active enzymes. The platform features core modules for genomic resource retrieval, functional multi-omics analysis, and ecological interaction exploration, including microbial and host-microbe networks, environmental DNA tools, and biogeochemical cycle analysis. It also provides a functional gene atlas for bioprospecting across phylogenetic and environmental dimensions, along with convenient online tools like BLAST and the 2bRAD-M pipeline. Ocean-M offers an integrated, visualization-rich environment designed to advance understanding of marine microbial ecology and support biodiscovery.
