MolluscDB is the first comprehensive genomics database specifically for mollusks, integrating 558 genomic/transcriptomic datasets and 409 mitochondrial genomes from 145 species across all seven molluscan classes. It provides systematic information on genome assemblies, gene annotations, expression profiles, transcription factors, transposable elements, and fossil records. The platform offers unique tools for gene co-expression networks, core gene set inference, macrosynteny analysis, and primer design. MolluscDB features a user-friendly interface with browsing, searching, BLAST, and visualization functions. It aims to support evolutionary studies and biological discovery by making molluscan genomic resources easily accessible and analyzable. Future updates will include multi-omics data and machine learning tools.
